Envelope Policy

We send a free magnet, glitter sticker, & a nice note to anyone who wants it!

Please note that if we do run out of these envelopes, we will stock up as soon as possible & send it your way.

Claim your envelope by Contacting Us or reaching to us through social media.

There will be no return address.

Order Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 business days for both apparel products & non-apparel products after ordering.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by Contacting Us.

We will try to refund you as soon as we can.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

After reading our policy below, submit your return claim first by Contacting Us.

Return can be claimed within 14 days after being received. Provided the following:

  • Order never arrived. (Tracking provided with every order.)
  • Flaw(s) or damage with design and/or product.
  • Wrong size and/or color than what was ordered.
  • You just didn’t like it in person.

Please provide photo evidence if applicable.

Let us know if you would like an exchange or refund.

On sale products may also be refunded or exchanged as well.

On approval of your return, a refund/exchange will be granted shortly.

What CANNOT be returned :

  • Masks. These are final sale, posted both in the description & photos.
  • Alterations done to products after receiving them.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
